I lost 3.2 pounds this week!!! Normal good weeks are about 2 pounds at most. So, this was uber exciting. I did really good keeping track of points, and had 10 left of my weekly flex points. I've lost 37.8 total, which is more than my child weighs! Hip hip hooray!

ReplyDeleteMy child weighs 100, so I have a ways to go. Isn't it cool, though, to pick your son up and think you've lost more than he weighs? And if you were to carry him around for awhile, how tired would you be? And now you have that much less to carry around! WOo-hoo!!

p.s. I did post about my fair food, it was a post before the fair pictures. I ate 4 mini donuts. I planned on two, but I lost my mind and had eaten 4 before I stopped myself. THey were sooooo good and so evil at the same time.
Awesome! I am glad to see you up an blogging again. I am very proud of you for the way you are being real and not let faultering cause you to give up. This is a real life change. I cannot understand the points. (I think it would make me think of eating more!) I often have thought about those needing to keep track of points for diabetic reasons. This makes me thankful to not be diabetic. I would have to keep going through those classes over and over to understand the counting of food points. (I actually took 1 in college, walking away with the jist of it.)
